Learning is a culture in Afri Cird. Afri Cird maintains an atmosphere that values personal development, whether it’s from training, coaching or peer-to-peer mentoring. Building the capacity of new and current staff is an essential part of Afri Cird programme implementation.
Basic training for all staff covers guiding principles, goals and activities of AFRI CIRD. Trainings in Afri Cird also provide a forum for reviewing staff members’ responsibilities. Apart basic trainings for all staff, Afri Cird specialized staff receive targeted training to meet their key responsibilities.
