Monitoring & Evaluation

AFRI-CIRD Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) department collect, store, analyse and finally transform data into strategic information so it can be used to make informed decisions for program management and improvement, policy formulation, and advocacy.

Monitoring of projects in AFRI-CIRD is usually the hallmark of project implementation in AFRI CIRD. We have built very strong and sound mechanisms of review and monitoring for all the projects we implement.

The processes of review and monitoring help AFRI-CIRD in achieving the project objectives in smooth and timely manner, while also ensuring quality. As the key mechanism of monitoring, the projects are monitored not only bbyy the implementation teams,  coordinators or managers, but also bbyy a constituted independent monitoring team bbyy the advisory council of AFRI-CIRD.

AFRI CIRD strives to bring into fore creativity, innovation, and data appreciation in the implementation and support for developmental programs in Nigeria and Africa. The organization is covered by ‘Professional Indemnity and Public liability’ Insurance policies. This is in addition to the strategic organizational policies shaping operational procedure and management of the organization.
